It is built lol. I would love clifftop retreat I would kill for it lol bit since this the actual deck I have amd I dont have clifftop retreat l, it costs 5 bucks on amazon. I wouldnt put in hanweir tho because first strike is to help elimiante enemy creatures when my grand scheme is to just spare from from evil or gavomy riders to completely ignore all enemy forces.
I would make room for some charmbreaker devils and maybe throwbin a tamiyo for the -2 ability and draw some cards. Also get some sort of mana ramp going so that way u can get more spells out quicker or rocket off like 4 instants at once. I would suggest Koth of the Hammer.
