Ya i see how you draw more and fast but with it your sharing the drawing advantage with your opponent, but i guess it is also good because then you don't have to pay every turn to draw. Oh and for your deck if you want to go insane on drawing try "Psychic Possession" you will weep at your hand size!
How about Nultread Gargantuan, i know you said this is for beginners but you need a way to kill.
if your looking for quick mana may i suggest Braid of Fire. I know it doesn't synergize with mana reflection but it could help

Hmmm i would add more equipment but this deck is focused on being fast and they all have a converted of three, and equip of two... so i will put them on the side board
