Most of your creatures are CMC of 3 with a few in the 2 or 4 section. You need more 1 mana drops or else the game control goes to someone else. I know you are focusing on knights in a tribal situation. You should go mono white with that, and put in some white weenies.

I love griffins and knights. Two of my favorite decks are a Griffin deck built around Retaliatory Griffin, and a UW Knights and Soldiers deck. Play what you love and experiment.
