Lol it is the sliver pre-construct just bought it and I HATE SLIVERS!!!! so now im going to make this Sliver deck un-godly by adding a few FLAVORS and OBVIOUSLY making them a 60 card deck....and yes my friends slivers are banned from most standard tourniments

Of course slivers are banned in Standard since none are in any standard set. They aren't banned in any format, they are too slow.
