Well, in essence im trying to build a deck that revolves in: fast mono blue mana merfolk for their buffs towards each other multiple turns fast card draws unblockable/flying small token army win by attacking relentlessly after each turn because of the infinite loop. "infinite turn loop" Panoptic Mirror + Time Walk = beginning of your upkeep, your're guaranteed an extra trun. easy concept. but the card choices and limit to the standard 60 card is very hard to keep. hopefully i can improve on this since this is the first deck on this website to ever show up. comment it up people. Still a long way's to go in my opinion. but im putting it out here for comments so i can improve it exponentially.
