I'm a lover of sneaking, vampires horrors and most of all, rogues. This is my Dimir cipher deck, I own this in real life. If you don't already know, this is a mill/control/cipher deck where you make your opponent suffer from unblockable creatures that recast their ciphered spells. The other cards are for added bonus and to keep with the theme. I've already played a few multiplayer games with it and became pretty scary with "Consuming Aberation" and "Wight of precinct Six" turning out to be 61/61 and growing or 18/18. I will admit the deck seems more on the greedy side than a focus of key miller cards, and this is due to my unused blue rares and a recent booster box. If you start to mill with a "Lord of the Void" equipped with a "Trepanion blade" then its close to gg. To be honest the fun isn't entirely in winning, but in torturing my enemy.
If in multiplayer, sit back and chill, but make any asshole miserable if he attacks you by biting back 2 fold. Once out and protected your "Consuming Aberations" will mill many cards, and be huge! maybe a 61/61 would love a "dying wish" enchantment for instant K/O. At any rate begin small with unblockables and keep a few cards secret with Bane alley Broker while drawing. and keep them locked down with Hands of Binding. You need to be relentless in your assault with unblockable damage, and with a growing mana pool your winning condition will only exponentially rise unlike other decks that mesa out. Lilianna of the dark realms can help with mana growth, but it seems after 4 mana you are set.

I will say i still need to get the 6uu copy cipher card.. "Stolen Identity" may replace one of the plagues with that one, also noticed the undercity plague is 2mc higher than mental vapors, maybe ill exchange for another paranoid delusions.
