Ok, so this is a mostly budget Rakdos Dragons Deck Archetype. Red spells are good removal for cards with toughness 3 or less but nothing is like a black kill spell. So splashing black created a way stronger removal element to the deck. Adding Heartless Summoning really increases the speed of which the dragons can get out on the field and crucible of fire resolves the drain on strength from HH. having 3 copies of each really helps push consistency on getting that mechanic going without flooding your hand with too many enchantments. If you have heartless summoning, use it if people are serious about rules, if you have urza's incubator use that instead.
