I see only 1 huge weakness in this deck: you forgot to add the card Camel for its protection from deserts. Everyone knows forests don't like deserts. Other than that I would say this deck is extremely well rounded.

I know how it is when your building a deck out of your own cards its hard to get alot of consistency but if you can all I would say is try and get more copies of your most important cards. If you cant then fuck it the rest of the deck looks good.

I dont understand Manamorphose being in there, you dont need the mana alteration and the draw card is cancelled out by it taking the place of another card. other than that its good. please check out my elemental deck too

Dope deck but I dont think I would consider this cheap. Im a student too and a cheap price range for a deck is >$15. Unless you got stacks which may be the case.
Nova Chaser works incredibly well with Flamekin Harbinger, cause when the chaser dies the championed harbinger comes back and you can do it again so I would throw those in. Also thunderblust is nice by itself already but when you got a smokebraider out its just nasty on turn 3. And Assault strobe is fucking boss in hard hitting elemental decks I dont fuck with shock cause its just lightning bolt but worse Im building a budget elemental deck thats gonna be around $10 so no ball lightning or incandescent, but you should check it out

Im with you, Fuck planeswalkers, level up cards, transform cards and all that new format shit. Im all about just the normal classic card format.
I've always enjoyed eggrolls but they were never really one of my favorite foods. I really enjoy cereal as well.

Sick deck, although I would remove the Stromkirk Noble cause hes gonna die from your enchantment when you play it on the second turn, maybe add diabolic tutor incase you dont draw heartless summoning. anyways please check out my black and red elemental deck(most recent one)
