I like it. I make a lot of infect decks including pauper and off-colour, but actually never both in one. Also, I'd suggest divine favor

This is just how I build decks, but since all of your faeries are only blue, I'd only have blue cards. If you want to do what I suggested, you could always add some black faeries in.

I made a similar deck, but I like what you've done. I was trying to combine the feel of rakdos with infect. Also, I really like all of the -1/-1 counter stuff you have going on. I'd suggest instill infection, though.

I updated this earlier today. Did it alert you, or is it just a coincidence? Because this hasn't had activity in months, so that's a bit weird

Instead of raking canopy, I'd suggest gravity well. It doesn't have the chance too kill them, but also the flying won't have any affect on the attack, while with raking canopy anything with toughness over 4 would get through.
Also, Asceticism is costs more than than dense canopy, but it just gives your creatures hexproof, rather than all creatures shroud

Angel's Grace is great for stalling. Especially with isochron scepter. It might be to expensive though

I'd suggest splitting ooze. It's pretty great, and your deck's already vintage. Also why do you have so many different versions of the basic lands?
