I'd add a few more blue dragons to make it worth having blue, and I'd also add Dragon Tempest. Also, it's dovahkin not dovahkiin. Overall, good deck though

Shrine of loyal legions, and myr battlesphere maybe? Also, IF you were just looking for colourless land, there's always the wastes if you want

What about wing splicer

Are you going for powerful 10/10ish type golems, because there are some good ones I could recommend. Also, I'd add more splicers.

Add sanguine Bond. Maybe exquisite blood too. Maybe even tainted remedy

With everything two mana or less, take out the mana ramp, or at least most of it if you want it for the combo. I'd also replace cathardic adept and/or blood pet with a few walls, like fog bank. If you wanted a low mana way to mill, Memory Sluice or tome scour. I've made a few decks with this combo if you'd like to check them out for ideas

Another great melira combo is with phyrexian hydra

It's been a popular theme lately shouldn't be too hard to find decks to base it on. You could also search "unless" and sort through
