Personally, I'd add a few more instants, sorceries, and enchantment, and take out the mana ramp. With twenty four land and not too much high mana cost, I would't think you need it, but your call

Swarmyard?

Imagine an edh filled with all kinds of basic animals. Rats and snakes like here, spiders, insects, stuff like that. Losing to that deck would just be embarrassing.

I'd add some more x mana hydras, and frontier siege. Maybe the staves of wild and mind maguses, wurm's tooth, Kraken's Eye

Archetype of Finality?

Definitely the gods: Atheos, Heliod, Erebus. Maybe their weapons too. Also, gift of immortality. Theros will be great for this deck.
