Pack rat can't get as big as the relentless rats, ad storage matrix isn't right for the deck. The other's look good, though
You don't have four laboratory maniacs and you definitely want those
Have four of the cards needed to get the first turn win, and have less of the rest. You'll be more likely to get the combo out that way. Also, I'd take "budget" out of the name and tags since it isn't really budget.
I looked it up, and I think it allows sets from the past couple years instead of the last couple sets like standard. You're right though, I don't really see an infinite combo

Definitely not the most expensive deck, and it's legal in legacy. It's not reliable though.
