hmmm.. if possible, try sticking to two colors first. then if you think you need more power then try adding the third color. if you still wanna stick with a tri-color deck, since you have access to red, you can use some cheap burns (searing spear or shock) as removals, or you might want your cards to stay on the battle field longer, I suggest Brave the elements. with that card, you can block while killing the attackers, survive board wipes (from bonfire or overloaded mizzium mortars), and it can also serve as hexproof-like for spot removals since most of your cards has a splash of white (except cloudfin and warden).

you can replace that hover barrier thing with brave the elements :)

you might wanna throw in a full set of Boneyard wurm, for 1G He'll be monstrous in this deck, also consider mulch or tracker's instinct.they're cheap but all of them will rotate on theros.

honestly I don't see this as an aggro deck if you are planning to stall your opponents and only have 8 creatures but it has good logic behind, but the mana curve is crazy. i dont know if this will help you but you can take a look at this deck I made. its also an aggro mono blue budget deck. http://www.mtgvault.com/strawhat07/decks/help-my-little-nivmagus/

im pretty new in this site but i do play MTG for quite some time now, please correct me if there is something wrong im saying. so basically its a deck built around warden of evos isle to make the deck faster. I always like UW flyers (can't remember when is the last time i've seen it played in standard). from what i can see and correct me if i'm wrong or miss out something, this deck will bring out small flyers at first, dodge or stall then until you bring out you flyers. I always like ideas from people that likes to bring out potential out of cards that are not getting much attention.

First, the number of lands in this deck is a li'l bit...... too small the mana curve is nice but I saw:

2x Niv Mizzet - He is really strong however all decks are running removals (or atleast most decks) and this dude might do nothing if you cant protect him atleast one turn after you dropped him cause he is too big (maybe you can cast the ping if you have played enough mana to stabilize) but still not good.

2x Aurelias Fury - XRW casting. yes this card is powerful and flexible. but still with 22 lands? you might not be able to fully maximize its potential.

2x Cyclonic Rift - 1U cmc - which is good, but overloading it at the end of your opponents turn? it's price less. not to mention you can swing your flyers to his face with his board cleared.

you also got a good number of 3 and 4 cmc creatures there which means you can only cast at least one flyer per turn and you'll be tapped out until you reach your 4th or 5th land drop (assuming warden is not yet on the battlefield. If he does then that's nice but that won't happen everyday). and if you are fighting any aggro deck? they can race you out before you hit your 5th land drop.

conclusion: maybe raise the number of lands to atleast 24 and stick with a 60pc deck, that will stabilize your deck with such consistency.
also can you say some feedbacks on what are the difficulties you are encountering when playing with this deck, cause if you'll ask me, Flyers might have a shot with standard in this meta. Thanks! :) more suggestion will come after I read your feedback

so let me see if I got that correctly. (this is very important to me cause I got a friend running this kind of deck)

so it looks like this:

casting vexing > resolve
vexing ETB
before vexing triggers
cast undying evil > resolve
Vexing has undying 'til EOT
Vexing triggers (opponent chooses to take 4 or not)

correct?

anyone has the right to play and bring any kind of deck to a tournament. love the mechanism of nivix + spells. I'm a fan of instants and sorcs so i think I I'll try out this one to have some fun in a local FNM. No deck is perfect and all has weaknesses. it's just, playing this deck is fun to play that's all. btw, this might be out of the topic but can you help me with my deck?

I'll grab some mizzium skin. unfortunately I only have 2 of each thought scour and think twice. I have Ghost quarter to deal with caverns before but I sold it to my friend. I can also have Cancel but I am trying to keep the mana consumption as low as possible so that I can maximize Niv.

this is a really nice deck, the moment i saw this i fell in love with it.. this combo might get to my GW semi-ench deck but not definitely a win condition cause it takes too long to set up BUT I hate to break the fun. I just check the rulings with O.ring in gatherer.magic.com and it says:

"If there are no nonland permanents on the battlefield other than an Oblivion Ring, and the card it exiled was another Oblivion Ring, casting a third Oblivion Ring will result in an involuntary infinite loop that will end the game in a draw (unless someone chooses to break it by putting another nonland permanent onto the battlefield or destroying one of the Oblivion Rings, for example)."

so instead of winning, you are actually saving your opponent from losing and thus results to a draw. if you really wanna pursue this combo, you might wanna add naturalize or Ray of revelation. So once you think you have enough cats, cast naturalize on one of the rings to break the loop and shout "THIS IS SPARTAAAAAAAAAA!" then swing with you cats next turn.

**One more thing. if you like enchantments, i suggest investing with Witchstalker. its awesome, and they hate him.
