Thank you for the suggestions! Yea, I was checking out Mardu Vehicles one day and thought... This doesn't have many vehicles outside of Heart of Kiran. So I wanted to go the more theme based route. I think I will be switching out the Sky Skiff for the mobile garrison.

I like it, simple and too the point. One creature that I would consider adding would be Savageborn Hydra. It's worked wonders in my G,R decks.

Once again, this is another +1 from me. Solid build dude. Witchbane orb is a good add. Don't want opponent's meddling with Pharika's affairs... lol.

Wow, very theme based... Coming from a more theme based player that's awesome. It does kill me though that you refered to the Amber Prison and you didn't put one in lol. If you wanted to make maybe a "less effective deck" but make it more theme based you also got cards like Mangara's Blessing, Mangara's Equity, Mangara's Tome, Mtenda Herder, Relic Ward (which they all refer to Mangara however most of them are kind of garbage... but funny never the less.

Really solid deck! Now "Perfect" that's a bold statement. However I made a deck called the "the best mono white edh ever" so I say go for it ;) You got a lot of my favorite red staples. I might make another post after examining it further with a few ideas, but as it sits it is more then playable.
