Strong deck, I like it!
This is a great deck. Grim Lavamancer is an amazing choice as is Arid Mesa. This is a good solid Standard Deck. Defiantly able to take top spots at your local FNM.
Standard: stoneforge, Sword of war and peace, goblin guide, etched champion, cunning sparkmage Legacy: Lightning helix, swords to plowshares, soul warden, mosbridge troll, rofellos
Try adding Mimic Vat?

I would take out stundent of warefare hes a good way to WASTE mana. But, i agree with putting in Hero of Oxid Ridge

@shadowshun: just cause its creature control, doesnt mean you cant have creatures. and Telemin performance is a card that throws cards of the top of a deck until you discard a creature. youd get milled to death off of one card

Dude, I run almost the exact deck, it runs great, especialy when you combo the Balefire liege with the Lightning helix. I love it
