I like your deck and I was planning to do a Splinterfright deck myself with the 4 artful dodge, since it is a really good card.
I would suggest the following:
-4 LLanowar elves
-2 Swiftboots
-2 Alchemist apprentice
+3 Deranged Assistant (Mana and self milling what else do you want?)
+2 WingCrafter or Artful dodge or Elgaud Shieldmate(More evasion or proteccion to your fatties)
+2 Forest
+1 Island
Wathever you do you must increase the land count (I bet 60% or more of your matches start with mulligann or mana screwed)

It's true even if I get t1-Elite Vanguard instead of champ its a turn 5 kill with silverblade, totally adding him to main deck and moving FH to sb.

totally agree, bad thing is that there was no W/R land in scars :S, I believe in the new ravnica block we will see more of those lands and do the change on the meantime I am adding evolving wilds as a temporary fix.

Yeah Riot ringleader is cool, but Accorder paladin is faster almost same effect. Definitely Ringleader will be his replacement when he phase out.

Nice, but you really should try to reduce the card count to 60 -4 voltaic keys play either Catalyst stone or Altar of the lost but not both.
add Rolling Temblor to deal with decks with a lot of small creatures.

Thalthos, nice deck I can see how you can use Bonfire, Forked bolt, Lightning axe to manage your oponent's creature population and still deal him some damage.

This is my humble opinion:
-4 Galvanic blast(no artifacts anyway)
+4 Searing blaze (Bolt the creature, bolt the oponent :)
-3 Red Sun zenith(with one on the library still is recurring)
+3 Reforge the soul or Dangerous wager(it helps you keep you hand full of burn spells)
-4 Gutshot (I know its "free" but for 1 damage to your oponent 2 for you its bad)
+4 Fireblast (now 4 to your oponent no damage to you for free its good)
or
+4 Arc trail(big brother of forked bolt)
