you should have the 4 copies of quicksilver amulet, that way you can make him appear on the defendings phase after the opponent decided to attack with everything lol, evil just evil.

You are right guys Mana leak is a pain for this deck, specially if the opponent knows my intentions lol I am adding negate to the sideboard to help me with that.
Solemn simulacrum could be usefull in here to speed things up, and also you could sac him or viridian for Infernal plunge to have those beasts in play faster.
since your mana produccion is really good do you think Skull of Orm could be a good option?

You should add journey to nowhere, maybe instead of grossamer chains and Auratog could get massive with this deck

maybe I would change pyroclasm for slagstorm and have something in sideboard against life gain like leyline of punishment or punishing fire.
lol this is an izzet deck not caw or blade to see anywhere, however change staggershock for brimstone volley to combo with the way you kill the creatures.
