23 land is a bit heavy considering your curve. Consider shaving down to 20 and implementing Duress, Thoughtseize, or perhaps Tezzerits Gambit or Sign in Blood for some draw to help round out the build. Hope the idea helps. Thank you the discard cards that you told are really efficient, I went with cry of contrition and raven's crime because I can discard 2 cards with 1 or 2 mana instead of just one. I am already running 4 copies of Sign in blood and increased to 4 taking away one swamp the Infernal tutor thanks for commenting :)
I agree of the mana curve, is a pretty fast deck, so running 2 less lands wont hurt you, with that extra slots you could consider Surgical Extraction. Please check my deck if have time, http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=355424

nice deck. I run something similar to this. I include shrieking affliction and the rack. I find that they're more consistent than quest for the nihil stone, which i also run.Ensnaring bridge is great, just wish i could afford it....see here:http://www.mtgvault.com/ebaskes/decks/modern-discard/
