All right i can see it now if you would not mind take a look at a deck i just made i would like your opinion, all so i have a lot of edu decks on my page as well if yu would like to take a look at them. http://www.mtgvault.com/superbob0/

if i had to give you a suggestion i would say firstly lose the Undercity plague , its to high cost for what you have then at lest it would be down to 60 as well making it more efficient.

I like what you are going for, but you need some mid to late game burn in my opinion and all so something to card ramp. if you don't mind take a look at some of my decks.

I really like the idea you have but i can't see a real end game of you? Or ways to get out what you need to make the deck work? maybe I'm missing it, but by what i can see you need a good hand to do what you need to in this deck.
