you could add nykthos, shrine to nyx and cabal coffers and ogre slumlord would be great
Also obelisk of urd, hall of triumph, strata scythe and lashwrithe for givin your ratty baddies a lil bit of a boost :)

ob nixilis, unshackled, ob nixilis, the fallen, gray merchant, mogis's mauler, soul of innistrad, sorin markov, sorin vengeance, nightmare, or indulgent tormentor would help your mono black.
this is a rat deck the demons don't really fit but I can't count the times that sorin markov has won an edh game for me he is good in any black edh I have to upvote you just for the sorin part
yah, if this is a rat deck only, then demons wont come in. but gray merchant may help. since it is a zombie.
the enchants you run are all bad drop them all except bloodchief . cards to replace with are necropotence or phyrexian arena for card draw. black market is sweet. tutors and non basic lands are good. board clears are great damnation is the best but its expensive you can run nevinyralls disk tho and in garruks wake is a really nice edh cardland count on edh is usually ok around 36 so you can drop a few
