This is Limbo, Hell, and Purgatory...in the form of cardboard and ink. Enjoy...Or don't. >=}

The idea of this deck is that the only way it wins is because everyone else quit and went home...after 5 days. =P

wow nice
anyway on my deck "ITS SO ANNOYING" the life gain isnt for me also i would reccomend adding som more mana after taking out a isochron scepter it doesnt work on shahrazad if you didn't know but that doesnt matter theres other cards that are instants and i would also take out a mana drain sure its a hundread dollor card and its a great counter spell that gives you mana BUT its not needed you only need to take out 1 anyway otherwise great control deck so i cut you down to 63 cards hmm what els to take out 1 panoptic mirror because it seems everything els belongs there and also lets take out a armageddon because sure it removes all land but it removes yours too and that doesn't seem to favor you much in this kind of deck so now your down to 61 cardsa take out a ghostly prison and you have 60 cards congrats now your chances of drawing land are increased thus increasing your chances of playing cards and also increasing your chances of wining tho you don't need to because your opponent will be gouging his eyes out with a spoon as soon as he finishes his one hundread and second after game inside that single game so yeah have fun with that

Hahahahaha! Well actually the main use of Panoptic Mirror is to copy the Shahrazad. The isochron is to endlessly spew out control, etc. And Armageddon is fine because I have the two Darksteel Citadels. With those, my Panoptic'd Armageddon will just keep wiping the board clean of lands except for the Citadels. Those provide enough for me to use my Isochron and to put Shahrazad onto the Panoptic.

And while I often agree that 60 is the best way to go, this deck has run better with its slight bulk. =]

(Maybe I'll take out the Mana Drains though...I promised I'd never use them again)

yeah i see what you mean but it can be sort of slow but it doesnt matter if your playing your 100th game inside that 1 game and especially if the opponent is on the brink of insanity.
check out my new deck
Big creatures, little cost, i think it needs a lil work but overall i think its decent. (my deck i mean this one is awesome!)

Well it get's really bad when I create multiple games WITHIN multiple games! Once it starts, you never go back to the original game. It is fun watching my opponents' sanity dwindle. They start getting irritable and slap-happy...quite amusing really.

Yeah this one has to be my most evil deck yet. As my opponent the other night said, "No man. **** you and your ****ing deck. I'm hungry, I'm tired...SO YOU WIN! I'm ****ing going home."

Your skill at this kind of deck amazes me to no end. Very sweet (but I think I perfected my Vampire deck today and all in all I think my vamp deck wins http://mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=118753). My only advice would be to see if you can fit a playset of Ponder in here, infinite stall falls appart when u run outa cards

Eh, Stalling leads to card drawing by its very nature =]

If I added additional means of card drawing I'd simply over-draw, and nobody wants that =P

My only question is what you would do about cards that have "you win the game" or "target player loses the game" on them... you might want some small removal for that.

holy crap dude...this would be even more annoying than your "Pure Evil" deck.

0
Posted 27 November 2010 at 20:08

Indeed. I've actually watched people's minds unravel before me with this deck. It's like an endless audio loop of "this is the song that never ends", but in card form. Its win condition is literally making your opponent go insane and eventually concede.

It often goes like so:

Opponent: "**** you man. You...you were unloved as a child or something. I seriously ****ing hate you right now."

Me: "Give up?"

Opponent: "Yes, ****ing yes! I just want to go home! You win you sick ****ing bastard!"

Me: "That's right."

wow that is so true you should check out a guy i know's deck its a deck based around underworld dreams ive played it multiple times but it gets stupid after he gets out forced fruition but i beat it plenty of times with my sadistic annihilation deck because i get rid of his underworld dreams right off the bat as well as forced fruition. anyway its really really really annoying. anyway'

i dont het why people would be that annoyed.. i mean i love the long games they are the funnest!

0
Posted 29 November 2010 at 00:52

Because in this case it's not a just long game. It's a game that CAN'T end. It's also a game in which NOTHING actually happens, so it's insanely boring. I often will play separate games with other people while waiting for my opponent to concede against this one. =]

You can totally lose, when you copy shaharzard, you play a sub game with your hand and library, thats when the opponent attacks...... great deck other than everything around that. and If the opponent chooses his moves carefully they can win.

0
Posted 29 November 2010 at 03:00

This is partially true. They can win the sub-games, but once copied, only a "turn 0" deck would really be able to rush through the continuously created copies. I have had it happen, but in truth, the kind of deck that can break through all the barriers was already well able to win anyway.

oh yeah and about the turn 0 deck the guy who made the underworld dreams deck made like the most popular deck on this website for a while until they got rid of the deck rating system and changed it anyway it has a couple hundread comments and its like the original turn 0 deck. so check that out umm only reason i mention is because that reply to mister aqua and also i know a way to win against this deck once and for all remove everycard from the game wahahahahahahahahhahahahaha. but by the time that happens it will be hour 22 of gaming

Funny you would say that. The only time I've lost to a deck that wasn't a "turn-0" deck was against an extraction deck. Granted, it took us both watching an entire Lord of the Rings marathon, followed by watching every episode of Blue Gender. Also the first and only time I've MADE a friend with this deck...you've got to respect that kind of determination =]

great job - and love the addition of the Shahrazad, if u end up playing all 4, its like 3 full matches in one game xD

0

Hehehe, thanks. I'd like to point out though, that what I mostly do with Shahrazad is WAAAAAY more devious than just playing it.

See, I put it on Panoptic Mirror. This means that each of my upkeeps in the ORIGINAL game I'm creating MORE SUB-GAMES!

Oh, but it gets worse! By putting another Shahrazad on a Panoptic Mirror in one of the numerous sub-games, I begin to have sub-sub-games created at each of my upkeeps in that specific sub-game I choose!

Oh, but it gets worse STILL (and this scenario has happened before!)

While playing one of the sub-sub-games, I put yet ANOTHER Shahrazad on a Panoptic Mirror. So let's see if you can follow me on this one.

Every one of my upkeeps in the original game I create a sub-game. While I keep making these sub-games, one of the already created ones is creating sub-sub-games continuously. While that one sub-game among tons of sub-games creates sub-sub-games en masse, one of those sub-sub-games is creating...

Sub-sub-sub-games!

That's the true evil behind this deck...it CAN'T end.

Oh I was so naive. I've learned so much since 2 years ago. I'm working on being a proper extractor. surewhynot is my favorite magic player and my inspiration, and no one where I play understands my decks. My best one to date was extractor in the zendikar/besieged standard when I milled and extracted eldrazi decks and valakut, and controll withered under the pressure. Was awesome. Wish there was more extraction in standard right now...

0

You could consider adding Boomerang/Chains of Vapor for an alternate target for Isochron to continually bounce Stasis. Otherwise, Forsaken City will help things along. Like Howling Mine (where your opponent gets the extra card first), Stasis gives your opponent the untap phase first if it falls. Never a good thing.

And, Orim's Chant in place of Silence; you can pay the kicker in addition to the Isochron activation cost (if you put it on there (so 2W instead of just the 2 from the Stick). It makes for better stall in the RARE event you get behind.

Since Shahrazad is banned and all that, wouldn't it be easier to just create a 4-of of all power 9 cards and win before any of those annoying cards can hit the board ?
Maybe im a bubble buster, but i just dont get the whole game of using of cards that are banned in all formats.
