My friend has a very, VERY budget EDH deck where Krenko is his general. How budget is it? I'd say about Goblin Piker and Raging Goblin Budget. However, every time he'd play it, he'd become a giant threat, because Krenko would be making 10-20 1/1s, and we couldn't do a thing about it (In our EDH group, no one plays White or Black for Boardwipes other than me). So, since I have Krenko, I thought I'd make a deck that is somewhat better than it, while still staying in a budget. Enjoy!
