Deck Description

Merfolk invasion has been my only real deck. It started with Diviners Wand because I thought the card was awesome. I decided that I wanted a Merfolk wizard deck. There are a couple useful combo's I've found. Equip Diviner's wand on student of the elements. Use Drowner of Secrets to make opponent mill the top card of their library and draw a card giving Student of elements flying and +1/+1, it flips to become Tobita, Master of the Winds. All my creatures now have flying. Add to that a Merrow Reejerey giving other Merfolk I control +1/+1. Of course there are other ways to give student of the elements flying, Caller of the Gales for instance. More often then not I use Merrow harbinger to get out Merrow Reejerey. I have invisibility to attach to Wonderwine prophets allowing me to sacrifice a Merfolk and take an extra turn. Against weaker decks this alone can be a game winning move.
This deck doesn't win a lot mostly because I play out of my league.
