Also, I forgot to add. Another good thing to add to this deck in place of doors/marrow gnawer is actually Memoricide or Sadistic Sacrament. It seems silly but you can use it to Memoricide a Memoricide and take out their ability to get rid of your entire deck basically.

I agree with dknight27. You really don't need Marrow-Gnawer or doors. You should have 23 or 24 rats instead. Once you use Thrumming Stone your rats are going to be so strong they wont need any other buff. I suggest adding Liliana Vess to this deck. It allows you to heckle with your opponent with discard, or search for a thrumming stone, or if your rats get Day of Judgemented or Wrath'd then She can also bring them all back. Shes perfect for this deck.

I like the idea quite a bit. I'm a big fan of non b/g infect decks. I'd personally take out the Signal Pests in favor of Journey to Nowhere, Emerge Unscathed and/or Core Prowlers.

Also, I'm not a big fan of Contested War Zone, but you have one of the few deck bases that would make it work. You can effectively the use the colorless mana it produces and with Ajani giving your creatures Vigilance, it prevents them from stealing it from you. It might give you that few extra poison counters that you need to win.

You might wanna throw in 4 Quest for the Holy Relic. With the creatures that you're running it would fit perfectly in this build.

Third Revision of the deck is done. Took out all Sun Titans, Accorder Paladins, and Elspeth to put in Ajani and more removal. Also tweaked sideboard.

I actually used to run Elspeth Tirel in my T2 Knight deck and ended up taking her out for Ajani. His -1 to give the knights a +1/+1 counter and vigilance is exceptional with how the deck works.

Your deck looks pretty good, but I suggest taking the Sejiri Steppes and Terramorphics out. The coming into play tapped will really hurt you in a tourny setting with a deck that needs to be fast.

If you want some ideas you can check out my deck that I run in FNM. It's pretty similar.

You can use Into the Roil instead of Disperse. Same mana cost and effect but Into the Roil offers a kicker with draw acceleration if you have extra mana left over.

Great deck man, I love how despite it being B/R it has elements of Blue to it using Magma Jet and Dash Hopes. This would be an amazing combo to pull off in front on some friends :)

You might wanna check out Cunning Sparkmage instead of Brimstone. Also, You can't have 5 Arid Mesas in one deck. x4 is the max. Otherwise looks like a solid idea though.

ya i'm planning on putting 2 more Kor Firewalkers in the sideboard but I use Emeria against control deck where I almost always have 7 or more plains out. And the warzones have won me many games, I like them quite a bit. Also, I think I'd rather stick in ajani instead of Gideon now after I've seen waht they can do.

Thanks :) and yeah I was considering Copperhorn Scout but I'm not sure what to take out in order to have a couple in there. The other thing is I don't want to have to rely on Omnath. But the scout would still be pretty good for pumping more elves out in a second main phase.

Nevermind, I think I took out the right cards, let me know if you think otherwise. I removed:

-2 Fog
-2 Llanowar Elves
-1 Contagion Clasp
-1 Bellowing Tanglewurm
-1 Ezuri, Renegade Leader

You might want to consider adding in some Chimeric Mass' You can use em for the 0 drop or later on for a bigger drop. Also check out Devastating Summons. After a few turns you can drop that to gain complete control of the board as long as you leave at least one mana left for removal.

and Brandon, mono color decks use fetch cards because when you use them, you are essentially taking 2 land cards out of your library (the fetch and the other) so that it increases your chance of drawing more useful cards. In a deck like this where you hardly need much mana, they are quite useful but definitely not necessary, it's all opinion.

Any Comments/suggestions about the Sun Titan/Gideon or anything else? I'm playing this tomorrow in the Mirran/Phyrexian Game Day. Any help would be great.

Have you seen "Phyrexian Processor"? You can control your life and produce a good creature every turn. It would fit this deck very nicely.
