Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.
White-Black creature hate. Three cards cause opponent to lose life from creature casts directly. Massacre Wurm and Elesh Norn are there for late game dominance by reducing opponent's creatures toughness, and maybe (if bloddchief is up and their creatures are weak) deal some battlefield-to-graveyeard damage. (massacre wurm doubles it's damage with a bloodchief on board :D) Inquistor exarch is there to help bloodchief along, as is the Blind Zealot (with its intimidate). Use Life's Finale after Bloodchief is operational for a board wipe, and an additional 6 point life loss for your opponent. (so if they only have two creatures on the battlefield, then it still deals 10 damage to them and you gain 10 health) Use Glimmerpoint stag to bounce an opponent's creature (thereby triggering life loss from suture priest/blood seeker) or to bounce the Massacre Wurm. Any suggestions - leave a comment :) (isolation cell seems rather to high of a casting cost - any replacement suggestions?)

this sounds awesome nice strategy with massacre wurm and blade of the blood chief, as well as life's finale. how about wound reflection? for the damage they take from blood seeker at the end of every turn? consuming vapors is an awesome card as well i took a litte different' of an approach with mine: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=216828

Wound reflection would work really well - I didn't even look for a card like that :D
