The deck is basically a constant stream of small card advantage from all the Egg-like Artifacts. Rona allows you to recur important options like Executioner's Capsule and Displace/Ghostly Flicker + Archaeomancer etc. let's you repeatedly trigger 187 creatures including Rona. There's also some very clunky infinite combos like Ashnod's Altar + Myr Retriever + Workshop Assistant + Etherium Sculptor creates an infinite loop producing 1 colorless mana each time and can be combined with Disciple of the Vault for infinite damage, with Golem Foundry for infinite 3/3 tokens, with Glaze Fiend for infinite pumping etc.
