Deck discussion for Assassin

This deck is a work in progress. In testing, it tends to get owned by aggro decks, and is a coin-flip to control. Looking for advice on how to speed it up, and still be an effective transportation device to get Vraska's assassins into play for the win.

ulvenwald tracker and ambush viper would be some nice additions for some added removal especially with a predator ooze with deathtouch :p

i like the garruk addition

I had thought about throwing the Ulvenwald Tracker in, for exactly the purpose you mentioned. Hadn't thought of Ambush Viper. I'm debating about taking out the Nightshade Peddlers, and putting some instants in that give deathtouch instead.... maybe sub them out for the Vipers and some instants?
I like putting the Garruk and Liliana in as well, because if I can get one of them out while Vraska is out as well, it provides a good cover of misdirection, and multiple threats for an opponent to deal with.

In my humble Nub opinion. I offer the following:
drop two or all revenge for rancor. You have no ramp. Which is what green is insanely good at. Add 1 more Swamp and 1 more Forest. Sideboard the Scorpions, main board Deathrite shamans x4. This will allow you to get through the undying creatures.

Killing Creatures with Undying it does hit the graveyard before it comes back, undying is a triggered state effect. You can then exile it once it hits the graveyard. "In response to your creature dying as a result of combat and being sent to the graveyard, I activate Deathrite Shaman's 3rd ability for 1 green mana and exile that creature" Want to piss people off more? Run Grave Betrayal.

I'm not a huge fan of soulbond. Its a watered down and very poor version of Banding. Banding was done at the combat step. and went away at the end of combat. This is done immediately upon entering play and they are stuck that way for the remainder of in play. There are just to many circumstances you would need them to be separate creatures.

Drop the Killing Waves for Giant Growths. Swing with a Creature, allow them to declare blockers, Giant Growth your creature. in that order. They will only do it once and its a mind rake the next time you swing at them.

Side Board the Golgari Charms for two Naturalize and two Mutilate or for just 4 Naturalize.
Drop the Orbs and the Ground Seal (ground seal is counter productive to the deathrite shamans) from the side board. pick up more cheap 2 or 3 cost black creature removal.
