How to Play

Ashiok, daxos, and Nightveil all let you play cards from your opponents library. They will eventually kill your opponent but with the help from them it will be quicker.

Ashiok is almost a guaranteed creature unless you are playing a control deck then you will just side him out along with the other removal for counters... you want to get daxos out so he can start gaining you life. you also want nightveil to start playing more of their lands and increase your chance of winning. Nightveil usually wins the game but you can force a mill if you have too...

This deck will set up just like any other control deck and apply heat when they are usually out of answers.

Control decks like mono blue and esper can be tricky. knowing how those play and your opponent thinks will aid in a win. Esper gets tricky but because this deck has card advantage like no other... you should be able to move into a nice spot around turn 12-14... they make really long games with a ton of thought...

Deck discussion for 2 for 1- 02.15.14

not enough land imo, you cant afford to miss land drops. also why no aetherling? hes the best creature in standard and the hardest to deal with plus he simply wins more games than either nightveil or daxos

the mana curve is set at three... I don't get hit hard with mana problems because there is a ton of scry and when daxos hits or nightveil you are playing their lands and spells against them.
