This is a midrange Rakdos deck; the idea is to fend off your opponent by gaining card advantage through discard and then finishing them off with your creatures and burn.

How to Play

As was stated above; the idea behind this deck is to gain card advantage by forcing your opponent to discard and then finishing them off with your creatures and burn.

Ashenmoor Liege is the main utility creature in this deck as, since all of the creatures in this deck are black/red multicolored, they get +2/+2 for each Liege on the battlefield. He's also painful to remove from the game, since targeting him causes your opponent to lose 4 life.

Mogis, God of Slaughter is the other utility creature in this deck as he serves as a means to force your opponent to sacrifice creatures unless they can afford to pay the 2 life per turn.

Dragonlord Kolaghan is a late game creature in this deck that, of course, will give all your other creatures haste and also basically removes the option for your opponents to cast a spell with the same name as what's already in their graveyard.

Rakdos Cackler and Avatar of Discord are the aggro creatures in this deck and can cause a lot of pain pretty early on. I usually Unleash the Cackler, as this is a midrange deck that is more aggressive, but obviously what you decide to do is going to depend upon the situation.

Fulminator Mage serves as another great card to disadvantage your opponent since, usually, you'll be facing off against someone with non-basic lands - thus reducing their ability to cast.

The instant/sorcery cards in this deck mostly revolve around discard/burn.

As always, I hope you enjoy this deck!
