seems like you don't really need the war plow as most of your creatures have trample anyway and you probably aren't going to be activating its effect.

tangle asp would be great in this deck
add soul parry
i would take out creeping tar pit unless you're planning on giving it infect, otherwise it just slows you down.
dont really think you need all 24 mana with your mana curve, maybe 22 and add more removal
gigantiform is slower than hand of the praetors, and 1 kill spell and you're left with very few options in terms of board presence.
also if you don't get adventuring gear you're pretty much screwed, maybe a little more pumping besides groundswell
by turn 8 either you should have won or you screwed so i would take out liliana
should look at my red black infect deck, chance to win by turn 3 usually 4 and sometimes 5.
if you add felidar soverign you can win by lifegain, or you can splash black for sanguine bond, also you could add some nice lifegain enchants like celestial mantle or luminous wake

you can reuse o rings and untap a mana with him , but your right, idealy he'd be replaced with jace's
im also a little sceptical of the win condition, u only have 8 creatures including platinum angel, which means if you go through half your deck in a game u will have 4 creatures the whole game, and you cant stall so much that they won't kill most of them or deal serious damage to you.
i was indeed NOT aware of that. replaced with augry owl, lands, and the other missionaries. any other suggestions would be great, just making this deck for fun, so no super expensive cards plz, i already have venser.
