A cheap deck to make that I think would be really good for anyone interested in making a blue deck that kinda does everything.
Pretty standard blue stuff. With a bit higher focus on equipping your flying creatures. Everything in the deck has flying. Favorable winds an obvious choice. Mindshrieker a very good combo with trepanation blade, attack them, make them mill til land, then activate the mana ability times as many times as desired. Counter stuff by moving around your ring (since mana costs are relatively low otherwise) Traumatize and Mindsculpt are in there just to speed up the mill aspect if need be, but attacking with beefed up fliers would probably be the main win condition here. Specter's shroud helps keep your opponents options low, and the owls keep yours high. Mindshrieker is the main creature here, since I think he's the most fun. Sculpting steel works with any other artifact because they're all good artifacts to have in bulk. Threw in Oona just because I think every deck should have a ridiculous legendary creature, EDH, or not.

i rly rly hate oona... i sometimes do drafts with a friend of mine, we use his cube, so whenever someone gets oona, they usually win XP

Literally threw her in last minute, as well as the other faeries. This deck is for a friend so I put the number down to 2 because he's on a budget.
