It looks good though...
You may try to add a couple of Glorious Anthem for defense. I don't think you need the Spirit Links. Also, the Loxodon Warhammer's a little slow.. 6 mana to play it is a little too much. You may try to add some cheap equipment like Grafted Wargear or Empyrial Plate. You may also want a Slagwurm Armor for defense. If you wanna go equip based you can use Auriok Steelshaper (+1/+1 to your knights and 1o less to play equip Spells) Sword of Light and Shadow. Good luck with your battle ;)

I would take out the whitemane lions for Serra Avengers. The lions will slow you down.
I would get rid of tundra wolves and go with martyr of sands. nothing like just gaining a ton of life to start of a match right. Loxodon is a bit slow it depends on if you have any of these or not but I would put pithing needle i nthere so you can stop his activated ability rebels. I would also pull the lions out and go with wrath incase you lose control of the game you can just hit reset and start over.
Spirit Link isn't great, most of your creatures aren't powerful enough for this to be effective.
