Me likes the populate and splice combination. I would recommend sidebording 'sundering growth' as the populate may only work if an enchantment or artifact is destroyed, which you cannot always guarantee will exist. Why not put 'vitu-ghazi guildmage' in as a replacement unless your playing against heavy enchant/artifact focused decks ;). Good job.
