Deck Description

Rakdos Vampires. The deck revolves around the sack outlet utilizing Kalastrial Highborn's ability. Viscera Seer and Falkenrath Aristocrat help push the issue if the opponent isn't blocking. Bob isn't a vampire but helps produce card advantage, he is also a human which creates more synergy for Falkenrath Aristocrat. One of my favorite things to do with Lilly, besides destroying creatures is +1 discarding Bloodghast!

How to Play

Seer + Bloodghast + Highborn = Terrible blocks

Falkenrath Aristocrat + BOB, Mutavault = Counters

Deck discussion for Modern Vampires

first of all, have 4x stromkirk noble and 4x vampire nighthawks. These cards will carry you.
Next, add in 4 copies of bloodsoaked champion. You can sac him infinitely.

Captivating vampire is much more reliable than vampire nocturnus. Stromkirk captain is also viable.
Lastly, Shadow alley denizen is a great 1drop and lets you punch through a stabilized enemy board.

Thank you for your comment! First I want to thank you bringing up the bloodsoaked champion argument. He is great on his own and would also enhance Falkenrath's ability by adding +1+1 counters. The only issue is I would have to drop the Highborns for blood artists. A plan I am not afraid of doing

if nothing else, you should have 4 vampire nighthawks. Hes a MASSIVE tempo swing once he gets on the board. a 2/3 flying lifelink with deathtouch. Thats a 4 lifepoint swing every time it deals damage to your opponent. And he can block favorably, slowly destroying your opponents board presence and at worst, hes a Terminate with a body.

This deck looks amazing if you want to control your opponents a bit better might try swapping the gatekeepers for 2 olivas and 2 burn spells wit Oliva stealing their creatures it will be hard for them to get going

I run a Rakdos List that focuses more on an aggro approach with pulse tracker. Capt Kirk dose tons of work giving first strike is great, ill have to update my list it is the first deck that I posted on the vault

Nice vampire deck! Bloodghast is one of my favorite creatures. Any room for Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet? It's sacrifice ability at instant speed can allow you to pull off some interesting combat tricks. ;-)

Thank you for your post! Yes he would be a great addition, do you think he should be a one of in the main or the side?

What is the purpose of the tomb? I feel that it is only useful in a swampwalk case.

It helps with Mana fixing. If he has a Mountain and an Urborg on the field, he knows that Mountain can tap for a Swamp (as well as Urborg itself), giving him double black, for, say, Bloodghast.
