Grindstone and painters servant is the infinite mill combo. With only a one drop and two drop. I use a standard speed mill deck. Epic experiment casts traumatize on the opponent, then traumatize on yourself and then psychic spiral and bam you win. You may like epic experiment in your deck. It's amazing. Here check out my deck.

Thank you. The only problem is it costs more than purphoros and can't become a creature. Feels like a waste as I will almost never get that much devotion but i guess it's the best.

Anyone have a card to suggest to do damage every time a creature enters the battlefield other than Purphoros, God of the Forge?

Run Maze's End and all the guildgates. All mana colors and a win condition. Also Rise of the dark realms will get all the dragons back too.

Or Traumatize them if they have more cards.

I like Blistercoil being a one drop. My mana curve is a little high already. Cool card though.

Purphorus the god it does 2 damage to a player when a creature enters the battlefield. Have you seen the legions initiative combo'd with purphorus? You sacrifice legions initiative to remove all creatures from the game and then bring them back in doing two damage to opponent for each creature.

Dictate is scary unless you have big creatures like stormbreath dragon. purphoros might work better as it will do damage with guttersnipe as young pyromancer makes a creatures. Nice deck.

Yeah but those don't work with epic experiment either. Nice call on blistercoil. That might be a better sideboard than chandra. I think you mean thought scour BTW. Mugging could work early game and late. I like it. Yeah I am wide open to aggro.

I could use swan song as a counter or even counter my own to get the swan in I get a spell I don't need.

chronic flooding is great but doesn't work with epic experiment. I've been tossing around skullcrack. I think I am going with thoughtflare for now. Remember the plan is to mill myself to use psychic spiral to mill the opponent. everything else is to survive until then and fill the graveyard. I think blast of genius could be fun or opportunity. Wild ricochet might be nice too. I like fated conflagration too. Scry and drawing cards seems to be useful. Sudden storm???

Thanks for the mana idea, I switched it to be a little heavier on the islands. I very rarely need more islands and more often need one of both. I have both cyclonic rift and whelming waves so I am good there. The tablet is awesome, I had never used it before this and it is very helpful. It really helps me stay alive long enough for the mill. I switched out Jace for Chandra and actually am thinking of Ral Zarek as well. Jace was there to speed up the mill but I don't think it is necessary thus why he was side boarded. Chandra and Ral will give me a different flare. I want to use this in tournaments and if you run into someone playing out to their graveyards or someone with a shuffle your graveyard into your hand the deck is dead. Thus Chandra or Ral and the rest of the sideboard will be a very good creature deck on its own. Keep the ideas coming I appreciate them.

I think there could be a better card than quicken.... any suggestions?

Just a lot of mana so it's only good late game but can handle anything.

I like hour of need for my sideboard to go with my young pyromancers. You could turn several of the 1/1 elementals into 4/4 flying and because this is an instant you get another elemental also. Or harness by force and then exile them if your fancy.

Yeah but I'm normally not that hurt by turn 3 or so and this deck takes a while to win. Plus I don't worry about the casting cost too much since a lot of it will be cast be epic experiment for free.

Seems like the deck is too small. I think you need a finisher and I think that nivmagus elemental eats my spells that I want to cast. I think I would use radkos cackler instead or just move the guttersnipes up. The searing blood/satyr firedancer is a great combo and I would do 4 of each. Electrickery is great but only against small decks so I would sideboard it and like you said in bang or bust use mizzeum mortars.

I like whelming waves better than anger of the gods cause I can just recast my goblin instead of him being dead. Also three damage is not enough if you come up against big creatures and really just end up killing yourself. I love the turn and burn add as well as mizzium mortars. These are now two of my favorite cards.

I loved your deck so much I ordered the cards and made a clone I have been tweaking. I added traumatize for a big mill plus I was having trouble slowing them down enough so I added Whelming Wave, another Cyclonic Rift, and another Turn and Burn (love this card!). Also I moved the Tablets up to add to my life and give myself more time for the mill. I felt lightning strike and izzet charm weren't doing enough for me and I hate killing my goblin with Anger of the Gods so I removed them. I love thought flare but ran out of room in the deck and I did like when I had essence backlash in there but again ran out of room.

I wanted some options in my sideboard. I like anti color sideboard cards so I kept peak eruption but I changed the rest of the sideboard. I put Jace, Memory Adept if I need to speed up the mill and there isn't a lot that can target him. In case I get hammered by to many or to big of creatures I put young pyromancer (tons of 3/1 elementals) and Harness by Force as a finisher.

Check it out!!!
