Keranos is a great card that can single handedly give you card advantage through extra draws or control the board through direct damage. I have matched that with a standard Izzet burn.
Fire away with your burn spells, recast them with Snapcaster Mage, love Chandra's Phoenix for it's recurrence and while your ahead feel free to drop a Blood Moon locking them out. I need to do some play testing and get your guys advice. I think maybe replace a burn spell with Cryptic Command. Anything else for me? Delver? Izzet Charm?

I think Shard Volley is the exact opposite of what you want for this deck because you desperately want to reach 5 mana for big-K. Try dropping one for a basic island and the other for anything else. I think you'd like Chandra, Pyromaster in the deck.

I really think you should run Pyromaster.
Also Incinerate is strictly better than Lightning Strike.
ya the pyromaster can work in this deck with the help goblin electromancer and guttersnipe at side
I think you'd be surprised how good she is on her own. There's a remarkable number of targets and even dropping her onto a clear board isn't a bad plan for value. Especially with Chandra's Pheonix.
