Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.
Idea: Use Shape Anew to pull out Moltensteel Dragon or Thundering Tanadon Use Birthing Pod to pull out Rune-Scarred Demon Use Birthing Pod to sac Rune-Scarred Demon for another Rune-Scarred Demon and use Mimic Vat on sac'd Rune-Scarred Demon Get the Empires out.

I don't think you can use birthing pod to sac your RSD and search out another RSD, because birthing pod says the creature you search for's mana cost is "1 + sac'd creatures converted mana cost."

Good catch on the Birthing Pod wording. So used to it saying "or less".
^^^^ that, and you have way to many artifacts for shape anew to be effective. And i'd try Wurmcoil Engine instead of Thundering Tanadon.
I noticed that too. But being that this deck was suppose to be based on the Empire series, maybe just take out the entire Empires and replace with regular fast weenies? Good find on the Wurmcoil Engine. Haven't played since Lorwyn so I'm still catching up on cards.
if you're going for a theme don't change anything. If you're willing to change then i'd try some Vault Skirge's or Porcelain Legionnaire's. And since you're sticking with some phyrexian mana costs you may see an improvement if you water down you're lands to just U/B.
