it seems that way yes, but think like this-
mulligan until you have a hand with a treasure hunt,
cast treasure hunt once you have 4 mana
continue drawing until you find another hunt or an infestation
either play infestation, or repeat the whole process.
the biggest flaw would be treasure hunting and drawing an infestation really early

I think you need more artifacts with shrapnel blast, because you would have to sack a doom engine
