When you attack with goblin Fireslinger, use reconnaissance's ability on it - Let's say 1 billion times on top of the same stack - so when the first one resolves, the others will be on the stack and the creature doesnt have to be attacking to activate the ability once more. So at the time between each resolve, you will be able to activate the tap ability and the goblin will untap again. Repeatedly doing this tap - untap, on the one and only stack, the goblin will deal the 1 billion damage. Ask anyone, it works.
