ya i was thiking about it but i was just gonna take out the protean hydras
because you can choose what you what to draw next if you already have the amulet out and you need a certain card

oh and also if you can afford it you could put in splinter twin
i dont think theres a better card then murderous recap for this deck also you should think about viscera seer simply because its a one drop and you have alot of high cost creatures
if i were you id take out xenograft and put in phantom warrior and aslo take out phantom beast and put in rite of replication id also take out 2 cancel's and put in 2 negates
oh and also you should put in some scry cards
check out selective memory i know this is not a blue deck but if you have birds of paradise out then you can play it and also you can sideboard in some islands

um firstly if you wanted you could turn this into an eldrazi deck but if you want to keep it the same id take out kozeliks predator and dont have so many singles
oh and also you can take out two quicksilver geyser and put in two dissipation fields sorry if it seems like im critiquing your deck if you dont want you dont have to take any of my suggestions
If I were you and you dont have to take this suggestion but i would take out two stoic rebuttal and put in two mana leaks and then take out 2 disperse and put in two mental misstep. This is so u can counter they're earlier stuff incase you dont have metal craft and since you'll most likely use this at the beginning of the game you dont have to worry about them paying the three. And dont worry about taking out the disperse because they wont be getting anything out
if i were you instead of sylvan scrying i'd put in rampant growth
