I saw the illusion deck used in the M14 Online Game and thought myself, I want one tooThe synergy of the illusions comes from allone. The combination of 'Krovikan Mist', 'Lord of the Unreal' and the 'Phantasmal Image' is the matchwinner.I put also some Counterspells in it, especially the cheap ones. With the 'Krovikan Mist' you get easily a +4 power creature out and then it's hard to react when 'Spell Rupture' is played. The same thing goes with the 'Spell Syphon'. When someone casts a spell with CMC of 4 which is worthy to be countered, he often has no mana left to react.The last card I put in was 'Dismiss into Dream'. With that card out, you can stop heroic or hexproof decks very easy. Only downside, you need 7 CMCs.
just play the creatures in the 1st 2-3 turns. You wont face any troubles at this point.At the later game you need your counterspells and therefor your mana. Don't just play illusions.Your goal is to get the combo of the 3 cards in the description. Remember, your enemy only has 20 life (often at least)
