Duskmantle Guildmage + Mindcrank = WinconWith both on the field you can create an infinite mill combo by activating Duskmantle Guildmage's first ability and milling/damaging the opponent for any amount. Lazav and Visions of Beyond in there for multiplayer purposes, where you'll have to face more than one opponent (and you've just become the biggest threat). Plenty of tutorage to find your two pieces of the combo and very low CMC spells means that this deck has a fairly quick clock.
Keep any hand that has a tutor or one of the combo pieces in it. Find the other piece of the puzzle and play it, then mill/damage your opponent in any way to OHKO them.

Depending on what type of multiplayer you play, consider playing mesmeric orb, which is devastating against any opponent who for some reason cant touch you (Attack left/right variants) It wont be nearly as good in free for all, but it may let you mill a lot anyways!
