I really like this build and idea, that I was inspired to make my own twist of this concept:

I would love your feedback on it!

From first skimming over this deck and considering your mana curve, this is a pretty good basis of a deck to work with. But going back and reading more into the spell choices, I'm seeing a slight emphasis on creature burn than being able to target either some creature or player, which can be a good thing depending on what kind of deck you are facing against, but I would in how I play keep my options more open and target the player more. If you are wanting more specifics as in card choices, I made a burn EDH deck shortly after seeing your post and considering that I'm interested in playing EDH format and have yet to design a burn EDH until now, and that's what I would look at for more specific cards you may want to run in this deck.

Again, glad to inspire the creation of this, and am more than happy to answer any more specific questions about my deck or any burn related stuff.

Shiven I honestly believe works best only in a dragon deck, and the Chandras actually would work well in a less creature based burn deck, Nalaar is actually better than what I had remembered, and would run 2 of, and Ablaze I think is kinda a weak planeswalker and for 6 mana not really worth it IMO.

For budget, this is pretty awesome! The only card I would suggest adding to this is slith predator

Here is my elemental deck to give you ideas of how I build decks:

And here is my burn deck that I kinda spelled out above:

Fun setup. I could see this deck easily be a nasty valakut deck, if you wanted to! I would drop primal hunter and run one more bonfire and a single comet storm. Aside from that, I am not sure, just depends on how you want to play this deck out.

First, try to condense your deck to about 60 cards, burn decks are to run fast and are mean that way. Particulars I would suggest that
CREATURES: get rid of all except martyr of ashes and run full sets of vexing devil, grim lavamancer, and guttersnipe --> total of 16 creatures
SPELLS (instants and sorceries): get rid of all except brimstone volley, lightning bolt, and shcok, which you should run full sets of, then add a full set of lava spike, chain lightning (ideally if you can afford them), and molten influence --> total of 24 spells
PLANESWALKERS: you are running the wrong Chandra- Chandra the Firebrand you should run 2 of
LANDS: just 20 mountains would be good, if you have the money to make this deck even faster, consider either getting scalding tarn or Arid Mesa.
ARTIFACTS: drop the worldslayer, it really doesn't serve any purpose in a burn deck

Conclusion: try to make your spells primarily 1 or 2 drops to be able to burn quickly and relentlessly, creatures should also be low mana cost and help with your burn.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but is that the direction you are wanting to build this deck? Looking at your creature setup it almost looked like you were wanting to make a theme of haste and buffing them up. If that's the case, completely ignore what I've written above and look into doing an elemental deck, which can be badass. I have yet to personally do one, but will have a rough draft deck posted of one soon

Cards you should consider looking into for maybe sideboard purpose are worldpurge, mana short, Sea King's Blessing, and trait doctoring.

Not a problem, I've been playing burn decks for nearly 5 years now and enjoy helping people with theirs.

Really great deck, though I would suggest furnace of rath instead of fire servant. And if you have the money to go all out on this deck, run lightning bolt which are staples in burn. instead of shock. And instead of thunderbolt run skullcrack. Aside from that, great deck!

Hilariously fun! What would be better if you are wanting to change this up slightly for non-standard play grab a few proliferation cards and you'll be set.
