I rate it 10 out of 10, this seems such a solid deck as is, that I have no suggestions as to how to improve it.

I really liked this setup that I made my own spin-off deck, and would love your feedback:http://www.mtgvault.com/urinduil/decks/voice-of-mikaeus/
I really love this deck. I would suggest looking at glittering wish for searching capabilities though it isn't exactly cheap.
I really like your deck and agree with the comments above, which I think if anything are good sideboard ideas for the time being. Cards that I would suggest looking into are meglonoth, titanic ultimatum, and land-wise try to run arid mesa to help bring out lands quicker and untapped, which I think would a much needed advantage with this setup. Other than, solid deck!
I think your changes really work.
Correction, that was how I original had my deck working, then I made it more direct mill, but regardless the idea of self mill and uber milling opponent through that- priceless!
This strongly reminds me of my mill deck, grossly expensive but much the same concept as yours, which I might have to add somehow Ivory Tower and Laboratory Maniac:http://www.mtgvault.com/urinduil/decks/words-of-waste/
I really like your deck, that I made my own variation with changes that more suited to my style of play, and would appreciate your input on it:http://www.mtgvault.com/urinduil/decks/talaras-elves/
Have you considered running quag sickness for more creature control, or maybe nightmare incursion as another finisher for this deck? Aside from that, this is a very solid deck! And if you wouldn't mind looking through some of my other decks and commenting, I'd much appreciate it!
Or are your years getting the better of you?
I have a very fun life gain deck, and your deck inspired me to revisit it and kinda amp up the life gain. Would love your input:http://www.mtgvault.com/urinduil/decks/i-haz-life/ <---the original deckhttp://www.mtgvault.com/urinduil/decks/genesis-of-endurance/ <---the new one I builtThough for your deck, the single thing I would change is take out the felidar sovereign and add test of endurance, which costs less both mana and price wise, the only difference being you have to have 50 life to win instead. Solid deck otherwise!
I would also suggest grafdigger's cage for more control.
Any particular reason why you aren't running rot farm skeleton?
Solid deck! Cards I would suggest are brain freeze and Chains of Mephistopheles(I would only run 2 of these), though they are not modern legal, they can really help with the mill aspect of this deck.
Really solid deck! I wouldn't change anything, but some suggestions to add to your sideboard would be nether traitor, a somewhat weaker version of bloodghast, and entomb, which I find at times better to use than buried alive.
Really cool deck, I am curious if you are quickly topdecking such that you aren't having to discard b\c of pyromancer's swath? That would be only small concern about this deck, otherwise spot on!
Ok, I can agree with the use of fling, though you could always add it to your sideboard just in case. As for myr servitor, I would suggest taking out 2 perilous myr and slag fiend for it.
Interesting start of a deck, here are a couple of conceptual decks I have made that I have gotten good feedback on that may give you some good ideas:http://www.mtgvault.com/urinduil/decks/capj4-almost-neverending/http://www.mtgvault.com/urinduil/decks/only-1-life-left/
I would replace fling with a set of reckless abandon and maybe add myr servitor for cycling. Other than, this is a pretty cool deck!
I don't mean this as a cope out, but I have built a while back some elf decks (here on this site, not in reality, so they may be crap for all I know) that might be good sources of some ideas for you, and if you wouldn't mind commenting on them, I would appreciate it:http://www.mtgvault.com/urinduil/decks/superkalifuckarificalaelfshit/http://www.mtgvault.com/urinduil/decks/extraplanar-elves/
