atarka might be a better closer for you unless facing counter magic same mana cost as the ancient but atarka has flying and double strike and ugin is awesome but xenagos the reveler might do better here

you are running zombie master so you need to run urborg, tomb of yawgmoth that is a nice combo and call to the grave is just awesome in a zombie deck. death baron is awesome to but not cheap. undead warchief is something to look at. soulless one is another zombie to look at. and I have to mention mikaeus the unhallowed he is brutal

you need the card remand and manlands would be very good drop your planeswalkers and godsend none are useful here. for a planeswalker run Elspeth, suns champion, or aetherling is a good closer for this kind of deck. drop the charm and use oblivion ring

nykthos is more for if you add roc but its still good to cast sunbond faster id run 2 nykthos just on the chance it speeds you up. to bad archangel of thune isn't standard anymore it would fit real nice in here

I wonder why these decks don't run 1-2 isochron scepter's any of your 1-2 drop instants would love to be on the scepter can you give me a good reason why modern delver decks don't use it?
