A different take on mono black staxs using a very unappreciated general. The list could be updated but it works pretty well in a mid tear playgroup and feeds off creature heavy decks. Bonus points if they aren't tokens.
there are two important things to know about king macar: first he makes a physical artifact token which counts an any old permanent, and the token can be tapped before sacrificing it for mana. With that out of the way, the nut interaction in this deck is turning king macar into an artifact and having clock of omens out. You tap him as an artifact and the clock to untap your now tapped king macar, exiling an opponents creature and putting yourself in the same situation of having an untapped king and at least 1 artifact (the token). This locked the board of opponents creatures which is nice. Now with your pile of gold you can pay for gross spells like death cloud or exanguinate. You can also sac them to smokestacks.
