u could add personal tutor to help u pull the time walk
sorry I didn't comment on the deck 1st but my deck is similar I was just putting up my version
swap out a few lands and put in 4 darksteel ingots

mogis, athreos, and xenagos r all great cant decide what I like more
ya I thought about that after I posted that it could get planeswalkers
now u need some kill/exile spells hero's downfall would be good and u need something that can exile in case u do run into an erebos. thoughtsieze might be a good idea as well

pretty good deck but my Gideon, champion of justice has his way with it lol
thrummingbird would be a great addition and if they have a flyer to block him u cast something to make him unblockable vigean hydropon might be good to to pump up your creatures and infect faster
and instead of bramblebush id use creepingmold it kills more for same mana
