Thanks for the advice! You're right, Propaganda is a bit better than Windborn Muse. I chose to use Ghostly Prisons and such, so I won't be needing Hissing Miasma and Batwing Brume much. Thanks though! By the way, I loved your Heartless Storm deck.

Scrapyard Salvo wont be very good. If the combo works, you won't have many artifacts in the graveyard.

Thanks for the advice! I constantly change my real deck, so it's a lot different than it is here. I Like your idea of adding green, but I like the colors as it is (Murica). In my current form of this deck, I did take out some of Non-Mill cards and replaced them with other things. I don't enter tournaments very much, so I usually just put in cards that are fun to me, like Assemble the Legion.

Crumbling Necropolis might be better than Rupture Spire.

How is this deck infinite Undying? Only a few cards have undying, and there isn't much to take the +1/+1 counters off of them.

Or big blue creatures like Krakens and Leviathans.

An Enter the Infinite and Laboratory Maniac might be fun in you want more ways to win.

And if you're planning on getting Blightsteel Colossus, Darksteel Colossus, and Darksteel Gargoyle on the field, you can't really rely mainly on Quicksilver Amulet and Lurking Predators. If you do want to get them out, you're going to need some sort of manaramp or mana producers. Spellbook isn't really needed because there isn't very much card draw in here. You can replace the Spellbooks and Darksteel Forges with Ranger's Paths and some mana producers. Omnath, Locus of Mana is an excellent long term investment to build up mana. I use it in my Big Angry Creatures deck to get over 100 mana. Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger makes your land produce double, and Akroma's Memorial will give all your creatures trample, first strike, flying, haste, vigilance, and protection from black and red. You might want to add a few of those in.

Almost all of your artifacts are indestructable, so why spend 9 mana on Darksteel Forge?
