Deck Description

this deck is just fast and works really well. i've won tournys from it over and over. it has control for creatures. it attacks with lifelink and in the air. good combos and very hard for the other player to keep your creatures off the battlefield.

Deck discussion for Vampires

ah nice you just picked the best and most expencive vampires and i see only one or two combos. i'd insert blade of the bloodchef and the combo would go even nicer

you don't really need fetch, or yse crappy fetch like terramorphic expance, just for the fun of it and try to keep the life losing low

Thinking of the deck to be competitive enough to answer major decks on the current meta. Too bad it cost high but if you really want it to be competitive you have to spend more than the usual. :)

You may try maindecking Grim Discovery to bring back Gatekeeper of Malakir or Vampire Hexmage or even Vampire Nocturnus when they're dead.

Try checking mine's version of Vampires with splash red and some nasty creatures. :)

for the first guy.... i use the best and most expensive vampires because thats why the are classified THE BEST. you have to pay money in order to win. maybe the combos aren't there but i do have them scared when the see actually how much control i play with even though most of my cards are creatures. you build this deck and you try it and tell me if anything needs to be different. with the fetch lands.... that is to thin out the deck and terramorphics suck a big one. for 1 reason, the land comes into play tapped. if i get to search for a land it will be coming into play so i can use it and who cares about the one life.

for the second guy. you crack me up. ummm this is a vampire deck for one reason... because its all vampires!!! not taking any of your changes seriously because your putting in crappy cards. black night.... good card but not a vampire and i already have white hate if i need it. nantuko shade, nice card but not a vampire and not for my deck. captivating vampire is the best vampire out of m11 and would never get rid of him. the lands wouldnt need for a change. Kalastra Higborn is a mmajor part in my deck. a 2/2 creature for 2! this deck is for fast creatures and not any 6 costing creatures. Abyssal Persecutor is a joke card for this deck lol... how would i get rid of him??? if i have him i cant win dude!!! with Inquisition of Kozilek i can look at his hand on turn 1 and know what he has... what i need to get rid of... its a card that you use to slow the other player down a turn and it is a game changer. tendrils of corruption is to high costing of a card. you dont need grim discovery, thats why you run a full set of each creature that away you have a chance to draw more than 1. sorry if i sounded mean but i've did a ton to this deck and made it to its perfection. build it, try it, and you should do good yourself

Yes you are mean, good for you to know yourself.
I am just giving what i think would be good enough on the current meta in a nice way.
You could defy my suggestion in a nice way too.
If you think what your build is already perfect., then so be it. :)

Hoping i will see you play in the upcoming World championship with what you are thinking the PERFECT deck. :)

yeah 8 lost life is crazy if you draw all 8, which you won't, but this is why you mainboard consuming vapors instead of smother, your vamps should be able to kill anything that cost 3 or less mana - you should be worried about bigger creatures, and then run duress instead of inquisition, i mean why have restrictions, if you ran both that would be a different situation, so also do the double search lands to thin the deck and between, kalastria, nighthawk, and consuming vapors you should be able to make up for the loss of life, and i would drop 2 land for 2 malakir bloodwitch, its an all black deck you shouldn't need all that land I personally think it slows you down and plus you don't even have sign in blood and i really think they are a necessity in a creature based deck, i dont know if i sounded like an ass but thats just my two scents, hope you at least think about it, and if so hope it helped
