Steel Hellkite does not have haste. The likelihood of getting all those cards in your opening hand is small. The lands you have are very VERY expensive. But don't take this the wrong way. I'm not bashing your deck. As you said, "it's experimental" I can help if Steel Hellkite is the card you want to base this deck on.

I have a Myr deck and if you're trying to get the Myr infinite mana loop, it's better to have more Myrs that can tap for mana. I would say take out the Memnites and put in their place four Silver Myrs. This way you will be less likely to be caught without the cards you need.
This deck has the right idea, but right now it's a little ungainly. Try to strip down the cards you don't need and balance out the type ratios.

This is a nice deck! Its only weakness would be if someone used a creature sweep.
Stalwart Shield-Bearers, Order of the Stars, and Soulbound Guardians are all good defenders for a white deck like this. But other than that, it's a nice deck.
It can work, but it's a little fractured. When you eliminate the cards you don't need and add in the ones you do, it will be a great deck.
It's a nice deck idea. I made a wall defender deck that is only red and white. It revolves around making an impenetrable barrier and then using vent sentinels to deal 1 damage for each defender that I control. But this Flyover style deck works nicely too.
Nope. They're rather expensive... Also, because they're legendary creatures, you wouldn't be able to swarm the field with Eldrazis. You can substitute Emrakul, Kozilek, or Ulamog in if you want.
